A Tea Time Finger Sandwich

This is a sandwich I serve at my catered tea parties. Do try these sandwiches they are the favorites at all the Tea Parties I cater...all the ladies beg for this recipe!

Chicken Slendor

4 oz. cooked chicken breast finely chopped

2 ribs celery finely chopped

1/4 cup walnuts finely chopped

1 tsp. curry powder

salt 7 pepper to taste

2 tbs. Colonel Gray's mango chutney

1/4 cup Helmans mayonnaise or a good quality mayonnaise

Mix all together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to incorporate. On crustless white or potato bread buttered with unsalted butter spread filling then cut into finger size sandwiches.. A truly wonderful sandwich with tea!

Harvesting and Using Summer Squash

Summer squash is one of my favorite vegetables. I love the yellow summer squash in particular. They should be harvested while still tender, when they have a "glossy" appearance and are still small. You will most likely need to harvest daily once they start to appear.
