Article Submissions

OldFashionedLiving.com is a Moab Group company. We are always looking for articles about family history, collectibles, memories, old fashioned crafts, familyrecipes and kid's projects. If you have a piece that you would like to submit please send it in anemail with information about yourself first and the article in the body of the email(not as an attachment). Submit your submission on our contact form HERE. You can also ask questions on that form if you wish.

IMPORTANT: Your articles, craft projects, recipes and tips MUST be original! You will be opening yourself up for legal action by the author, publisher or magazine that the submission comes from IF it is not original. The age of the writing DOES NOT MATTER-if you did not write it yourself you can't take credit for it. We are very happy to promote new writers and their websites as long as the work is original.

We do not pay for articles at this time, but we do link to your website and email to help promote your business, your personal site with your other writings, or a subscription email to a newsletter that you own and maintain. All links must be family safe. Your bio should be one paragraph in length.

All articles will be considered based on content, and originality. We appreciate all submissions, and will email you if your article is to be used. You retain the full copyright and we have one time use of the article should we choose to print it. Any articles that we use will be archived on the site permanently unless we choose to remove them. You are free to submit it to other publications as well.

Link Exchanges

We do participate in link submissions with family related sites or sections of sites that are family safe. However, we only link to content based sites, and not commercial based websites. We do offer options for commercial sites. Our Advertising Information page can be found Here

By submitting an article through Old Fashioned Living you are agreeing to these submission guidelines.
