English Muffin Pizza

1 pkg. English Muffins, cut in half
1 jar pizza sauce
1 pkg. Pepperoni
2 cups Mozzarella cheese

Build the pizza on top of each English muffin half. Bake on broilsetting until browned and bubbly.

Sweet-Tooth Cookies

1 pkg. Slice and Bake Sugar cookies - softened
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
6 oz. white chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped maraschino cherries

Press slice and bake cookies into 9 x 13 pan. Bake according to packagedirections, removing from over 5 minutes early. Sprinkle chips andcherries over the top and return to oven for remaining five minutes, oruntil partially melted. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Cheater's Cheese Fondue

2 cans Cheddar cheese Soup, undiluted
1/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. worchestershire

Dipper suggestions:
French bread
Ham
Smokie links
hot dogs
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Celery

Pineapple Salsa

1 can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
pinch ground red pepper

Mix ingredients together.  Serve with corn chips. Stored in refrigeratorfor up to two days.

Harvesting and Using Summer Squash
