    Lemon Icebox Pie

    (SOOO GOOD and SOOO EASY!!!)

    1 can sweetened condensed milk

    1/3 cup lemon juice

    1 8oz carton Cool Whip

    Mix together and put in a graham cracker crust. Refrigerate. Delicious!

    Strawberry Delight

    1 Angel food cake, torn in bits

    1 qt. strawberries, washed, capped & sliced

    2 bananas, sliced

    1 small box vanilla instant pudding, prepared

    1 package strawberry pie glaze

    1 8-oz carton cool whip

    Layer all ingredients, in the order listed, in a 9x13 glass pan, or a trifle dish. Refrigerate overnight.

    Harvesting and Using Summer Squash

    Summer squash is one of my favorite vegetables. I love the yellow summer squash in particular. They should be harvested while still tender, when they have a "glossy" appearance and are still small. You will most likely need to harvest daily once they start to appear.
