Pat Nichols' Baked Beans
|
Whenever our family gets together, it seems that most people are now either
bringing already made goodies purchased from Costco, some wine, or else a
really plain item that took hardly anytime to cook. I know it is because
time is such a commodity to everyone nowadays. But not all yummy foods take
a lot of time to cook. I always bring my bean casserole to family gatherings. Everyone loves them and I always get asked for the recipe. People also invariably say to me"...I love beans, but they are so time consuming to make..." I always tell them that if they can open a can, they can make my beans. When I give them the recipe, they are so surprised at the ease of this great dish - loved by both men and women. Hope that you will also enjoy.
