I have a flu shot every year because I work in healthcare and never had any problems. This summer I had lung cancer in both lungs. One lung had non-small cell and the other had a rare form called spindle cell. I had an upper lobe removed on both lungs and working in healthcare - I had to get the swine flu shot. The swine flu attacks lung tissue and I have none to spare. I was nervous about getting the shot since it is new but I have had no problems and it now been 2 weeks. ![]() |

I am glad for you not to have any trouble with the shot, specialk. for your health troubles. I haven't known anyone to have cancer in both lungs. Nice to see you here at The Parlor. |
