    Arrow Gardening Stools

Has anyone seen one of these one legged gardening stool?

Well, I am going to go buy me one.
I have heard older people talk about them, how they are the thing that saves your back, no more bending side to side, having to get off the knees, etc.

    One Legged Garden Stool

Our Garden Stool is even more convenient if you strap it on. It will always be there when you need it! Our cowhide belt fits hips to 38", locally made.

If the Lords willing and the creek don't raise, I will go to Lehmans and buy me one in the morning.

Coke Lady, with one leg, I'd probably hurt myself more than any bending I would do. I should have been named "Grace" as agile as I am (NOT). Several months ago I fell hard into an inside wall and knocked myself cuckoo. I could feel myself passing out and my dh got wet cloths to keep me from doing so. My stool would have to have 4 legs on it. I usually sit in a lawn wagon when I need to stoop or bend.

The one-legged stool is a good idea, but like Licia I think I would need something more substantial. I saw something on TV the other day that looked interesting....it was one of those garden kneeler pads, but it had metal arms on it (about 10" I would guess) so that you could push yourself up easily from a kneeling position, or turned over it became a seat with legs. I think the legs/arms may have folded in for storage...can't remember....

Licia.....ouch! I'm glad DH was around to help you....you be careful! My middle name is also "Grace"...LOLOL

    one legged stool.........

Yes, licia, please, no stools for you. ;) Hope you do not let that happen agian too soon.
Maybe I better wait til Saturday and let Ron go with me, he says I could look at it and make my own. He likes the Challenge. LOL
It 9 am I was ready to go to Kidron, got in to putting a medal face on a bird feeder, went though a couple bags of craft goodies I had go. Looked at a wooden wine box with a slide lid by brother-in-law gave me Sunday. Guess you realize I am one of these spur of the moment people, by now. LOL
Curious, but I still want to go look at the strap for the stool the Amish people make for it. Will let you know how it goes.

Here is picture of Feeder, used a Holder for a hot pot.
Had to break off the 3 round stilts that held it off the table.

OK Coke Lady, Is there anything you can't find an alternative use for? I would never think about half the things you use. You must be genius material.
