    Smile Meet Me Bunny!

Hello everyone! I am glad to have found such a nice bunch of kindred spirits! I am Mom to two grown ( sort of ) daughters 21 and 24. I have a grandson Alex who is at 2 1/2, the light of my life! I also have a wonderful Hubby who is looking over my shoulder this moment ! LOL ( Mumbling something about whats to eat?)
I am an Activity Director at a Retirement Village, and give my share of tea parties ( at least one a month) and social gatherings. I enjoy the arts of hospitality very much. In my spare time such as it is, I enjoy gourmet cooking, reading anything and everything I get my hands on, a bit of poetry writing, and being a grandma. I look forward to getting to know you all!

Hi Bunny and welcome. I'm sure you will enjoy the Parlor - it sure is filled with the "beautiful" people of the world. Hope your hubby's tummy isn't grumbling too much - lol.

Hi Bunny, welcome to The Parlor. Lots of great stuff here.

Our kids are grown too. Our dd is expecting our 1st grandbaby in Feb. And ds is in college.

So.....dh doesn't know where the fridge is, LOL. Did you get him something to eat yet?

Pour a cup of tea and enjoy. Look forward to getting to know you.

    Welcome Thank You!

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies. DH did find the refrigerator. Why is it, that they cannot ever find what is right in front of their noses? Top shelf, right sid , behind the cheese is just what it says it is! He will stand there and look blankly....and then be completely surprised when I walk over and lay my hands right on it...."How do you do that?".LOL I guess it justifies the existance of wives. Children can be the same way, but if they're girls they usually outgrow it! Ha Ha!
I have a tea party and a Halloween Party planned in October. Among other things on our activity schedule: a trip to an orchard to purchase some goodies for fall decor, flower arranging, and a Birthday Party, something every week! Keep them busy, and keep them happy! Anyone with any suggestions for November themes, or get togethers? Talk to you later!
