    Hot cocoa Mix

    Hot cocoa Mix

6-2/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup instant chocolate drink mix
    1 package (5 ounces) cook-and-serve-chocolate pudding mix
    1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
    1/2 cup powdered nondairy creamer
    1/2 cup baking cocoa

In a bowl, combine the all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Yield: 21 servings about 7 cups

    Additional Ingredients
    1 cup boiling water
    Miniature marshmallows,optional

To prepare hot cocoa: Dissolve 1/3 cup cocoa mix

Hot cocoas are fun to give in nice Holiday cups with chocolate spoons and miniature marshmallows...There are nice sayings here at the parlor that I have seen that you can add.

    Wink Sounds so good

    Lina,
I have never seen a recipe for cocoa that had pudding in it.
This sounds terrific and I am printing it out. You sure have sooooo many great recipes. I have the perfect container I can put this in for gifts too. Thank you so much for sharing.

I had never seen one like this one myself till I found it in one of my taste of home magazines, but to me it is far better that any of the rest, it just adds a little something.

    Wink question

You have recipes for some that have coffee in them. I am not a coffee drinker. Is the taste strong of coffee? Some of them sound so good but I am not sure about the coffee.

    Thanks

Gloria, first I would like to thank you for the nice comment in my Webshots guest book on my crafts. I have some more without coffee, I will look them up. The ones with coffee in them, you really have to be a coffee drinker...Heather drinks very little coffee,
may-be a cup a week if that, and she tastes them for me (as I am a big coffee drinker) so far she has not tasted any that didn't have the flavor of the coffee come out. A few she liked real well, still she said the coffee flavor was there.

I remembered this from last year and went looking for it again. Thanks again, Lina! This is going to be included in small jars with every gift this year, especially teachers! I wanted to do a bunch of different jars, but really don't have enough room. I will stick with hot chocolate and brownies. This mix is so delicious! Here's another hug!
