A Daughter's Tribute

A Daughter's Tribute - David Altman

Angel's Care It has been over 7 long years since my father passed his breath of life on to my critically ill infant son. The day and hour my father's life ended my son~ his namesake began to breath on his own...

So many times I look into the face of my precious child and thank my father for this gift. Oh how he would have adored this child...His first grandchild.

The pain never goes away it just dulls with time... As long as his grandson lives so he lives.

Sometimes it is eerie-the same smile, the same laugh, the same eyes and facial expessions. Strange... My son even has an obsession with fishing ... just like my father!!

I miss him every day and now that his second grandson has arrived-my sister-s boy-it is even harder...

God Speed Daddy ... I miss you and love you ...

Cast iron is also the cookware of choice amongst serious campers and hikers, but be sure to bring the pack mule, this stuff is heavy!
