Coffee Mixes For Giving
From Brenda Hyde

I love to make and receive flavored coffees for the holidays. Combine any or all of these in a basket with one of those tall latte cups (I see bargains on these all the time!), a pretty spoon and some biscotti or cookies. Use GOOD quality coffee for the best results.

Cafe Swiss Mocha

Ingredients:
1/4 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
2 tablespoons powdered baking cocoa

Place ingredients in a blender and process with the "liquefy" setting. Use 1 1/2 tablespoons mix with an 8 ounce cup of boiling water. Stir well, and serve with whipped cream!

Orange Cappuccino

Ingredients:
1/3 cup cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
1 orange flavored hard candies-broken into pieces

Place all ingredients in blender and process on the "liquefy" setting until blended. Use 1 1/2 tablespoons with 8 ounces of boiling water.

Cafe Viennese

Ingredients:
1/4 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Place all ingredients in blender and process on the "liquefy" setting until blended. Use 1 1/2 tablespoons with 8 ounces of boiling water. Include several smaller cinnamon sticks to use as well. This is also great with cream or whipped cream!

Cafe Bavarian Mint

Ingredients:
1/4 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee
2 tablespoons powdered baking cocoa
2-3 hard peppermint candies, broken (you can use a candy cane too)

Place all ingredients in blender and process on the until blended. Use 1 1/2 tablespoons with 8 ounces of boiling water.

EXTRA IDEAS-Include an insulated travel mug and a gift certificate to a donut shop!
