glitter eggsThese pretty glitter eggs make a lovely addition to to an Easter Lily plant. A great hostess gift!

Another option is to display these in a glass jar as a holiday table centerpiece.

To make these glittery eggs you will need the following supplies:

Styrofoam eggs
Glitter
Wooden skewers
Adhesive spray
Ribbon
Buttons
Hot glue gun

Insert the sharp end of the skewer into the bottom of the egg.

step 1

Spray the egg all over with adhesive spray. Sprinkle glitter over egg (or roll the egg in a bowl of glitter) and tap off the excess.

step 2

Tie ribbon around the skewer where it meets the bottom of the egg. Use hot glue to add a button to the center of the ribbon.

step 3

Add a little hot glue where the ribbon meets the bottom of the egg to keep the ribbon from sliding down.
